A block of sleeping rooms (single occupancy) at the special rate of $111 (plus applicable taxes, currently 12%) has been reserved at the above hotel for this meeting, for the nights of December 5, 6 & 7. Please call reservations to make your booking no later than November 12, 2007. Be sure to provide the group name "LBL-MSWG" to obtain the special rate. After November 12, the room block will be released, and the special rate will no longer be available. (Regular rate is at least $150.)

Check in at the hotel is at 3:00 pm, check out at 12:00 pm.

Please note that in the event an individual with a guaranteed reservation fails to check-in on their reserved arrival date, a no-show fee of the room rate will be charged, and if the reservation was for more than one night, the entire stay is forfeited and the space returned to the hotel for general sale.
